Your first session is about you sharing part of your story, if you feel comfortable and what you hope for yourself moving forward.
Each session I give you exercises to work on that help you move towards healing , loving yourself and becoming the best version of you.
I am here to support , listen and guide you but like every thing you have to be willing to put the work in yourself.
Working on you is a commitment for life. As you grow and heal you begin to build a tool box for life. These are tools and strategies that will help you learn to live a life with your mental health and ailments that you may be struggling with. These can include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, abuse, trauma, eating disorders, health aliments, relationships and the list goes on.
I provide a safe place for you to heal and grow. A place of comfort and understanding. Learning what it means to live in the present and in the here and now.
